NOAC Registration Updates

April 1, 2015 - Notice to Contingents

We have enabled some new functionality on the registration system today for Contingents…

  1. Travel and Transportation Records – Once you have your contingent’s travel details in place, please enter those details into the Travel section of your Contingent DashBoard. When you enter your Travel Records, you may also sign up for Shuttle Transportation to/from the airports.
  2. Check-In Information – In the Event section of your Contingent DashBoard, you may now provide a Requested Check-In time. This is the time you anticipate arriving on-site and wish to check-in. One hour time-slots are available from 8am to 4pm on Check-In Day. Later this spring, you will be assigned a Check-In time by the Registration Team. We will try to accommodate your requested time if possible.
  3. Requested Roommates – On your Contingent DashBoard, you may now enter in Roommate Requests for Contingent Members. Roommate Requests are not required but will be used by the Housing Team if possible, when they make room assignments. When making roommate requests, be sure that roommates are paired appropriately by age group and gender. Contingent Members do not have the ability to enter requests. Only Contingent Leadership may enter them.
  4. Additional Contingent Information – In the Event Section of your Contingent DashBoard is a panel that asks several questions regarding travel. Please answer those if appropriate.
  5. Contingent Activities – There are a number of group or contingent oriented activities that will become available to you early next week. These include team competitions, sports and rec, and special events.
  6. Contingent Member Features – Please be sure read the Notice to Attendees (below) for new functionality available to members of your contingents (referred to below as GUESTS).
