NOAC Registration

NOAC Registration is currently in progress and will run through June 30, 2015.

You need a Login Account to use this site. YOU ONLY NEED ONE LOGIN ACCOUNT. Click the Login link in the red Navigation Bar at the top of your screen to login to your existing account, or if this is your first time using the site, to create a new account.

Your single Login Account will give you access to your registration to make additional payments (if needed), to initiate your Medical Form Review, or update your information.

Already registered for NOAC as a Staff Member or are part of a Lodge Contingent?

After you have logged in, click the Your Name - MyProfile link in the red Navigation Bar at the top of your screen to access your existing registration information.

NOAC Registration Updates

March 6, 2015 - General Notice

Registration for all NEW contingents and staff members has been closed. If you are an exsiting contingent or staff member, you may work with your current registration through your contingent or attendee DashBoard.

February 18, 2015 - Notice to Contingents

We have enabled the ability for contingent leaders to assign contingent members to empty slots. You will need to have the BSA Membership ID for each person in your contingent along with other basic information such as name, mailing address, email address, phone numbers, date of birth and gender. When assigning contingent members, you can use the tool, built in to your Contingent DashBoard, to import contingent member details directly from LodgeMaster

The national office will be collecting the second round of payments for all contingents during the month of February. Your council will be billed directly from the national office through the BSA Accounting System.

We have assigned each Contingent a “Registration Assistant”. Each registration assistant is an adult OA volunteer that has been trained and understands the NOAC registration procedures and the registration system. They are here to help you complete your contingent’s NOAC registration. You can find contact information for your registration assistant in the Contingent Contacts section of your Contingent DashBoard.

February 18, 2015 - Notice to Staff Members

We have enabled the ability for you to make additional payments towards your NOAC event fees. You can make an online payment using a credit card or can set up a mail-in payment and send in a check to the national office. Look for this capability in the Payments section of your Attendee DashBoard.
