Cancellations/Transfers
If there are any cancellations at least 14 days prior to the committed date, all refunds/transfers are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. There are no refunds 14 days before the event. The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds due to weather or schedule conflicts. If the camp cannot be held, you will receive a full refund. Serious medical emergencies such as hospitalization (may require a doctor's note) or death of immediate family members would receive a full refund within 14 days of camp. All other emergencies are subject to consideration.
