The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow and is Scouting's second-largest national event. Arrowmen from across our nation gather both in person and virtually for an inspirational and unforgettable experience full of fellowship, training, adventure, and fun! NOAC 2024 will be held from July 29-August 3rd at the University of Colorado Boulder.

During NOAC, Arrowmen will participate in a six-day conference which includes top notch training sessions, cool recreational opportunities, evening shows full of theatrics and special effects, and exciting programs.

The conference registration fee offers two price points for contingent delegates and staff members. The cost includes housing, food, and program activities. It does not include travel costs. Below are the details of each option.

Pricing

• Discounted Fee (Oct. 2, 2023 – February 2, 2024): Lower Price, Less Flexibility, Register Early

• Non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

• $300 due at registration for staff. Balance due on February 2, 2024. Contingents will be invoiced the full fee on February 5, 2024.

• Standard Fee (Oct. 2, 2023 – May 31, 2024): More Flexibility, Pay Over Time

• Refundable minus $100 deposit through June 28, 2024 unless event is cancelled, then fully refundable

• $100 deposit paid at initial registration for staff. Contingents will be invoiced the deposit on February 5, 2024. The balance will be invoiced in June 2024.

• Remaining balance due online by May 31, 2024 for staff

• Late Fee (June 1, 2024 – June 28, 2024): Higher Price, Least Flexibility, Register Late

• Refundable minus $100 deposit through June 28, 2024.

• Full fee billed at initial registration

Registration Instructions

Register With Your Lodge Contingent

If you would like to attend NOAC with your lodge contingent, you will register and pay through your lodge. Reach out to your lodge leadership for more information on pricing and how to register as a delegate. To find your lodge leadership, use the lodge leadership tool. Note: while NOAC is sold out, your lodge may have space available still. Please contact your lodge leadership for more information or to join the waitlist. 

Your contingent leader will start your registration by adding you as a contingent member, which will send you an email. At that time, you can login using your ArrowID and complete your registration. Do not use either of the individual registration links on this page.

Register as a Staff Member
If you would like to register as a volunteer staff member, you will apply, pay, and register individually. Staff opportunities are available for both youth and adults. You will register by selecting “Staff Member” from the registration options to the right.

Register as an Individual (SOLD OUT)

If you are an adult (21+) OA member and wish to attend as an individual, not with a contingent or on staff, you may register as an individual delegate. Register by selecting “Individual Delegate” from the registration options to the right.

Register as a Remote Delegate
Recognizing that physical space is limited, we are offering an all-access virtual program. For a flat cost, any Arrowman can experience NOAC from the comfort of their own home on their computers or mobile devices and will receive unique NOAC memorabilia items. The Remote Delegate program registration will go live in the coming months. You will register by selecting “Remote Delegate” from the registration options once available.

Register your Lodge Contingent (contingent leaders only)
As a contingent leader, you will start the process by registering all attendees by selecting “Lodge Contingent” from the registration options to the right. After filling in your lodge’s leadership information, you will choose to pay the full amount or a deposit for all attendees. A bill will be sent to your council automatically. After the order is place, you will be redirected to enter the name and email for each attendee. They will each be sent an email to fill out the rest of their registration information on NOAERS, and you can track the status from your dashboard. Cancel Your Registration

All requests for cancellation made in writing to the concierge@oa-bsa.org by June 28, 2024. Refund eligibility and amount is dependent on the registration option selected. All participants canceling their reservation after June 28, 2024, will forfeit their entire conference fee. Any contingent member requests should originate with the contingent leader.

Note: Due to the conference sell-out situation, contingents may cancel slots for a full refund, including the deposit, through March 1, 2024.

All remote delegate requests for cancellation made in writing to the concierge@oa-bsa.org by June 28, 2024, will receive a full refund of all fees.
