We will be having our in-person COC / Conclave Planning meeting at Camp Strake on Saturday, January 18th. We are asking that all lodge chiefs, conclave CVCs, conclave chairman, and their advisers plan on attending. Housing will be available for those wanting to come on Friday the 17th or until Sunday morning the 19th. Food will also be provided for those attending. There is no cost for this COC. If you or your lodge chief are unable to attend, please work to send a representative from your lodge. Please bring a copy of your medical form part A & B.
