Welcome to the OA High Adventure 25th Anniversary Alumni Reunion - Trek. We are excited that you will be joining us to help celebrate our 25 Years of Service! This is the registration for the Trek, if you are interested in showing up Friday Night add an extra day (+$77). Get excited to earn a Philmont Autumn Adventure Arrowhead!

As of now, roofed housing is unavailable at the beginning or end of your trek, but we are more than happy to accommodate you in Philmont's large canvas tents on a concrete pad (2 person occupancy) with an electrical outlet, a small space heater, with linens provided. These accommodations are adjacent to a heated restroom/shower facility composed of 8 individual private units.

Your registration fee covers all your meals while visiting Philmont. This includes any gear needed (pack, tent, stoves, etc.). However, if you desire to purchase anything beyond those meals please bring additional funds.

*COVID-19* If we are unable to hold the Alumni Reunion due to concerns from the coronavirus pandemic, we will process refunds and you will be notified ahead of time. (If you are traveling by air, please consult your chosen airline's cancelation policy before booking). This event is required to comply with the state of New Mexico's guidelines as is Philmont Scout Ranch.

Please be sure to log back into NOAERS and provide your Travel Information, even if you are providing your own transportation
